CableSafe accepts returns in as-new condition with original packaging within 7 days of receipt. We refund the order cost less freight charges. Return freight is at customer's cost. For free shipping orders, actual shipping costs will be deducted. A restocking fee of up to 30% may apply for orders over $150. Please contact us prior to returning goods.

They have undergone extensive testing including NATA Laboratory Testing to determine weight loading capacity. Weight loading specifications are included on each product's web page, and full NATA load reports are available on request to serious buyers.

Yes, all CableSafe products are covered by either a 12-month or 2-year (for poly products) repair or replace warranty. Warranty liability is limited to repair or replacement of affected stock. Note that claims for damage to cables, hoses, or other items enclosed in damaged units are not accepted.
