This is totally fine. We accept returns in as new condition in any supplied packaging also in good condition.
We will happily refund you for the cost of the order, LESS THE COST OF FREIGHTING THE GOODS TO YOU.
Return freight is at your cost,
In the case of Free Shipping orders we will deduct the actual cost of shipping the goods to you in the first place in the case of a refund being sought.
In addition to the above, We also reserve the right to charge a RESTOCKING FEE of up to 30% of the order value for orders over $150

All of our products are covered by a 12 Month or 2 Year (Poly products) Repair or Replace Warranty
Warranty Liability is limited to Repair or Replacement of the affected stock.
No claims will be accepted for damage to any cable,hose or any other item enclosed in the damaged ramp. This being said, we have NEVER replaced a ramp due to crushing thus far!
