Returns Policy

At CableSafe we recognise and understand that sometimes you order something and it wasn’t quite what you thought is was or you wish to exchange your purchase for another product.

This is totally fine. We accept returns in as new condition in any supplied packaging also in good condition.

We will happily refund you for the cost of the order, LESS THE COST OF FREIGHTING THE GOODS TO YOU.

Return freight is at your cost,

In the case of Free Shipping or FIS orders we will deduct the actual cost of shipping the goods to you in the first place in the case of a refund being sought.

In addition to the above, We also reserve the right to charge a RESTOCKING FEE of up to 30% of the order value for orders over $100 ( Not including Freight)

Please contact us prior to returning your goods so we can make arrangements. Return Requests must be made within 14 Days of goods being received
