CableSafe accepts returns in as-new condition with original packaging within 7 days of receipt. We refund the order cost less freight charges. Return freight is at customer's cost. For free shipping orders, actual shipping costs will be deducted. A restocking fee of up to 30% may apply for orders over $150. Please contact us prior to returning goods.

They have undergone extensive testing including NATA Laboratory Testing to determine weight loading capacity. Weight loading specifications are included on each product's web page, and full NATA load reports are available on request to serious buyers.

The CableSafe warehouse is located in inner Melbourne, Victoria. We ship cable cover solutions to all areas of Australia and New Zealand. Freight costs are additional to product prices. Heavy duty units must be shipped via road freight due to size and weight.
