This is totally fine. We accept returns in as new condition in any supplied packaging also in good condition.
We will happily refund you for the cost of the order, LESS THE COST OF FREIGHTING THE GOODS TO YOU.
Return freight is at your cost,
In the case of Free Shipping orders we will deduct the actual cost of shipping the goods to you in the first place in the case of a refund being sought.
In addition to the above, We also reserve the right to charge a RESTOCKING FEE of up to 20% of the order value for orders over $150

A fully laden semi-trailer can drive over these cable covers without damage to the unit or items in the channels.
We did this many times during testing to ensure that the cable covers were tough enough for use in Australia’s toughest applications.
This is backed up by NATA Laboratory Testing of our products to ascertain the weight loading of each product. The weight loading for each product is included in the Product’s Specifications on its web page. The full NATA load report is available on request to serious buyers apon presentation of their bona fides.

All of our products are covered by a 12 Month or 2 Year (Poly products) Repair or Replace Warranty
Warranty Liability is limited to Repair or Replacement of the affected stock.
No claims will be accepted for damage to any cable,hose or any other item enclosed in the damaged ramp. This being said, we have NEVER replaced a ramp due to crushing thus far!
